Gardener/Horticulturalist

Absolute Plants and Landscapes are looking for a passionate, qualified or experienced Gardener to join their maintenance team based in the Geelong area.
We currently maintain gardens for an award winning company specialising in retirement communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team, providing high quality garden maintenance. The work is varied and covers all aspects of garden and lawn maintenance.
We are seeking an employee who has a love for the outdoors and a passion for gardening. Experience would be preferred but we are welcome to all applications. The role is varied and the applicant will be exposed to a variety of jobs all relating to garden maintenance. It is a full time position, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for;
Qualified Horticulturists and experienced gardeners
Excellent plant knowledge and pests & diseases
Experience in all aspects of residential maintenance and equipment used
Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with clients
People that are positive, passionate, honest and enjoy working as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
Current drivers licence required
